A FRUITY HIGHBALL WITH MALONES IRISH WHISKEY

Ingredients
50ml
Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey
2 dashes
Orinoco bitters
Topped
cherry soda
Garnish
fresh cherry
METHOD
In a tall glass, pour in a double measure of Malones Triple Cask Irish Whiskey. Add two dashes Orinoco Bitters which adds depth with the flavours of chamomile, raisins, orange peel and molasses. Fill the glass with ice and top with Cherry Soda. Garnish with a plump fresh cherry and enjoy this complex but refreshing highball.
